I believe it was Freja Beha Erichsen I once heard remark that high heels were for work, flats were for the off duty model. The trouble is that most flats are at once both boring and unflattering. So then what does a woman work into her wardrobe knowing both the risk of the shoe style and the necessity of the comfort it offers?
